I recently had an employee working with me that was very lazy and not a good worker. On various occasions many of us have talked to her about issues. So I involved hr today yesterday actually and I told her we needed to have a meeting about her job performance. She responded.... lashed out and said that she was tired of managing my mood.. that she had heard me tear down person after person in the office .... over the last year... that I was just her next victim...in caps letters that she hopes I have documentation of her performance issues because she will be taking notes..... threatnening me tell me she would go into detail about things I have said which arent legit anyways.....and then was straight on the defense. She had major performance issues and ended up backing out on the meeting before we got into it... and emailed my boss saying "realistically I am not going to work under "me"". Ive seen things as theyve been implemented and ive seen enough". My boss then said pack up your stuff and never come back basically. Have you ever had someone personally attack you like this?I was in tears

I have had to call security on a fellow employee after they threatened to come in with a gun and shoot my boss.

It's definitely depressing but you have to toughen up because there are emotional people out there, like this former employee.

If that is all you got, get over it. I have had to call security on a fellow employee after they threatened to come in with a gun and shoot my boss. Your situation is nothing.

Grow up, and get over it. How many times have you posted this now?
