When travelling through a number of different time zones what is the correct method for calculating overtime. Should actual worked hours all be shown as GMT or should they all be shown as local times?
Reason for asking is that there is obviously a knock on effect of both methods with regards to weekend premium rates etc.

It doesn't matter as long as the total hours eligible for overtime are shown.

If this is regular practice with your employer then follow their rules. If not, use your initiative! There is no 'legal' method.

Good luck.
