It would be hard to say.......it depends on how passionate a person is about being a doctor or lawyer. Typically if someone does not enjoy their job or field, that will add to the stress.
Being a doctor is exhausting.....long hours; being on-call; paper-work; malpractice suits; sleepless nights; on your feet; working with patients and families; and the list goes on.
Being a lawyer is exhausting. Public defenders......swamped with multiple cases they HAVE to represent. Lawyers who work in large practices also have a lot stress to perform, bring in clients and win cases, or you don't move up the chain.
Since being a doctor is so different from being a lawyer..........it would not even correlate to say one job is less exhausting over the other.
There are many different types of doctors (and among those different types of doctors.....a difference in the level of stress); and there are different types of lawyers (and again....even among different fields in law differences in the level of stress).

Neither. The type of strain and stress just takes up a different category.
Unless you know for sure that you can handle a certain field better.
