connecticut is a 40 hour work week. But if your talking about elagibility of benefits, its up to your employer. Dont' know about tax purposes. And anything over 40 hours is overtime in ct.

Depending on the employer either anything over 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week.

Full time for what purpose? The state doesn't really care if you're full or part time. If you're referring to eligibility for benefits, that's up to the employer.

40 hrs a week plus an hour for lunch so it really comes out to 35 hrs a week. but thats standard full time schedule.
