I need a legal opinion on Iusse realated with Internet data card

I was using reliance data card for internet . There is a reliance website where we can see the data usages . this site shows incorrect data ugase . I found that I am not able to see correct data ugase on the website . I called customer care and let them aware that I am not able to see the correct data usage on website . Customer Care told me that there is a technical fault is going on in the website . One I came to know that my data limit has crossed and the bill is 3000/- rupees instead of 500 /- for the month . I called customer care and discussed with the website issue . they said this time that there is no issue and I would have to pay whole bill . they immediatly blocked my data card . I sent an email to custome care about the issue . They did not discuss the issue in the website but replied me to pay the total bill and did not accepted on email that there is a issue in the website .

I am a technical guy so I took the pictures of the web page where the data was incorrect and sent them in email. After sending a lot of emails I got the answer that It is an issue with the website on Email . Finally they accepted the issue asked them to waiv off the bill as there was an issue in the website and customer is not able to track the data usages . They did not give any answer onthat but keep sending me email and calling me .
a few days ago I got a call on my mobile that a case has been registered in Tees Hazari Court against my name and Notice is being sent to me .
I explianed whole metter to the person but he informed me that he is from court and A case of froud has been registered against me . There is a panelty also that need to be paid .

After that he called me again and send that summons are being issued against me . Now I am getting calls from these people and they are pressurising me to pay the bill .

I have communicated the same with the Reliance customer care , Nodal Autherity and Applete Authority . But I did not get any information from there side . Now if I pay the bill that would be wrong and many other persons would get the same problem . Please let me know what should I do . This issue is wasting my a lot of time . I want to take compansation for this harrasement . Please suggest me .

Hi Vipin, I can understand your problem. Something similar happened with me some time back. These telecom companies do such exploitations. Customer is alone and and they have a band of advocates, telecome experts, net engineers who can alter the net history at their will. And all this with the power of that money they legally and illegally earned from innocent customers. But surely they need to be taught lessons. You immediately lodge a complaint with TRAI with all the proofs. Also contact Zee TV help line, they run a service to help people in similar distress. Consult legal expert in your friend list and may lodge a complaint in the court also with anticipatory protective measures for you. Expose their misadventures and harassing actions in media both print and electronic. I wish they will come to terms and correct their mistake. also can think of making a forum of telecome+accountancy experts to safe guard the interest of net/ teleservice users and provide them protection against such high handed actions of telecome monsters. You can not get compensation for the "Harassment" but may be able to get the matter resolved at the court hearing if you can convince the judge that they made an error. Good Luck
