Here is a question...Can your employer take away your bonus and vacation away...if you quit? Need Texas Law!?

I quit after getting the credit...but employers are threatening me, to pay the vacation back and I still have vacation time left, they also want to take out the bonus.

What does the employee manual say? If it's in writing that a termaination without notice results in loss of accumilated time then you lose.
