I quit after getting the credit...but employers are threatening me, to pay the vacation back and I still have vacation time left, they also want to take out the bonus.

and won. It's been over ten years seen
I filed a complaint. You'll need to have
evidence to support your claim.
They don't take kindly to false claims.

What does the employee manual say? If it's in writing that a termaination without notice results in loss of accumilated time then you lose.
