I am a litigation Paralegal who is now doing loan closings, what exactly should my job title state?

Technically the closing secretary does not have the paralegal training and is not supposed to do things that a paralegal can. Paralegal is you title and it shows that you have more legal training than the closing secretary does.

there really isn't a different between to the but to be professiona with put down that you are a Real Estate Paralegal
