You may as well start looking now. When you turn 16 it will not affect your ability to get hired as far as age is concerned. Only your degree of maturity and ability to do the job may be in question. Most federal and state laws governing workers change when you reach 18. One of the rules in most states in the USA is a restriction where school aged employees cannot work after 9PM. The laws regarding this may be different in your location.

Interviews happen whenever the person in charge of hiring people are working. Personally I would wait until you're 16 to start applying
