Hey Lily,
Law schools, for the most part, don't specialize in one area of law over another. They'll have qualified faculty in most areas of law, and you'll 'specialize' by taking courses in the area in which you have an interest.
Generally, more prestigious law schools attract 'better' faculty, so going to a higher-ranked school will give you access to professors who are better recognized/more 'famous' in your field of interest.
Check a few schools that you have an interest in and see who is on their teaching staff for the courses related to employment law.
Good luck!

ALL law schools do employment law. But to become a lawyer, you will need to graduate and take a bar exam that will have questions on employment, criminal, civil, family, contract etc.
You cant just take one area of law in school and expect to pass the bar exam. Just like in college, if you pick a certain degree, you are expected to take many classes that have nothing to do with the degree you want to graduate.
good luck
