with internal recruitment the employee is already familiar with company culture and policies etc and will probably not need as much time to find his feet. it creates a positive environment because employees feel that there is potential for advancement in the company. however. internal recruitment creates a vacancy somewhere else in the company. with external recruitment you get a wider pool of applicants. they might be better qualified and bring new ideas, skils and the benefit of outside experience to the company.

With internal recruitment, you get loyal employees who already know the business and the company. Also, it boosts employee morale, and therefore production, to promote from within. The disadvantage is that you may not be getting the most qualified candidates if you are selecting from a limited pool.
So the advantage of external recruiting is you have more choices and perhaps better qualified individuals. However, they may require more training and will most likely not have the same knowledge about the company. In addition, it may leave lower-level employees at the company (who may have otherwise been considered for the job) feeling bitter and stagnant in their positions.
Surely there are other variables, but that's a start.

Your question is too confusing, too many variables. Rephrase it and submit it again.
