I need to take a 14 day vacation. The company only allows 1 week vacation.I need to attend 2 family Weddings.?

I need to fly to Asia to attend 2 weddings that are a week apart. With flying time, I will need 2 full weeks away from work. I have no problem taking them off unpaid.
Do I have any options, short of quiting?

Speak to your boss/supervisor about the two weeks and explain the weddings are in Asia and not in the States. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do if this is the companies policy. In most States an employer doesn't even have to offer the benefit of vacation, sick time, etc....

use your vacation time then use sick days off time,if you can,the only thing is I hope you don't get sick. The other solution is this,which wedding means more to you? decide and go from there. jobs are not easy to come by.
