I bought a heat pump a year ago and i've been having problems ever since. my latest problem is that the pump is making a loud noise that my neighbors are compiling, I have been trying to get someone to fix it since December but they keep dragging it. I have a case manger who contacts me every other day but she is helpless and just wastes my time. today she called i couldn't pick up (had lecture) so she left me a voice mail saying that she closed the case because i didn't answer the phone!!!!!!!!! how rude. i really dont know what to do, i have warnety. do I have legal right? the pump costed us so much money

Sue your school. They are doing a poor job of educating you. With that money, buy a new heat pump (from some other seller, of course).

As some people might advise to you sue Sears, I would recommend that you looking into other repair option for pursuing further legal action. While looking, look deep inside yourself and find internal happiness (somewhere in the liver or intestine region). Don't let a phone call ruin your day. There are so many other great things about their world that can be learned once you look deep inside yourself.... Homosexuality is not a crime..... You should seek appropriate legal advice before suing Sears.

So is the warranty still in effect? Re-open or file another case, since Sally just up and closed it! They are trained to do that because they dont want to be bothered. Call the store manager, corporate, somebody!! I wouldnt lay down for that!!

You have no lawsuit unless you have a warranty, and if you DO have a warranty, just get them to give you a new one.

contact your state's attorney general for real info

as laws vary greatly.
